Caesar's army was attacked by the Nervii, Atrebates and Viromandui warriors while forming camp. The VIII Legion, in the center of the Roman army. They fight desperately against the onslaught of massed Viromandui warriors. However, as friendly reinforcements arrive, the legionaries finally push the exhausted Gauls back to the river and then, through more hard fighting they continue on to total victory!
